Adobe InDesign

This project is unique because it's equal parts research and design. After extensive research on various typefaces, I chose Chicago, drawn to its history and creators. The project also stands out due to the large amount of text that needed to be included in a four panel spread. It required careful attention to readability and organization. Using a limited color palette directed energy to the content, highlighted essential information and fit the theme perfectly. I learned to align elements using grids and columns and experimented with tints, transparency, and typefaces. Feedback taught me the importance of readable text, optimal text box widths, and the value of white space for organizing information.
